Shingle Roof Repair and Pipe Flashing Replacement

On September 1, 2025, the Roof Repairs CA crew was called out to 1859 Valley View Crest in Burbank, CA 91504 to address a series of minor—but crucial—shingle roof issues. This elevated hillside property offers stunning views, but exposure to strong winds and sun had compromised several points in the roofing system.
